Royal Holloway Peer Guide scheme - YIBs encouraged to opt in!

This is a guest blog article from Joelle Juergensen, The school of Management Peer Guide leader, encouraging ALL new Royal Holloway Management students to sign up for the Peer Guide scheme. For those on the Year in Business programme (YIB) we will be looking to match you with YIB students in older years.

The Peer Guide Scheme is more than a buddy system, and this is why you should option in!

The first few weeks/months of Royal Holloway can be challenging, especially for a new/visiting student. There are so many things to do, so many new people to meet.

We are here to help you transition into student life and help bring the management community together.

You can ask us any questions ranging from your studies, Year in Business or general questions (such as where to get the best Pizza or Coffee in town).

The benefits of opting in:

Ask any questions you have regarding University life, the Management School or questions about Egham and surroundings

Meet students from second and final year in your department (definitely useful to ask questions regarding modules, which pathways, dissertation, etc )

Feel part of the Management Community

Gain insight experiences from YIB students

Tips and Tricks how to have the best time at Royal Holloway

Become part of the scheme (next year you can be a Peer Guide)

Visit our website to find out more about the scheme:
